Operator: natural or legal person, of public or private law, who performs the processing of personal data on behalf of the handler (Art. 5, VII, LGPD);

Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person;

Sensitive Personal Data: personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership of a union or religious, philosophical or political organization, data concerning health or sex life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person;

Officer: person appointed by the Handler and Operator to act as a communication channel between the Handler, the Data Subjects and the National Data Protection Authority;

National Data Protection Authority (ANPD): body responsible for overseeing compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 13,709/2018) in the Brazilian territory;

Privacy Incident(s): any accidental, illegal or unauthorized access, acquisition, use, modification, disclosure, loss, destruction or damage involving personal data;

Holder(s): natural person to whom the personal data that are the object of Treatment refer to;

Processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or upon sets of personal data, by automated or non-automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction.

3. Information we collect about you

Any of your personal data processed by us is done upon the basis of your consent. Consent here means the free, informed and unambiguous expression by which you authorize SNA to process your data.

Thus, in line with the General Data Protection Act, your data will only be collected, processed and stored upon prior expression of consent.

SNA is active on Social Media. Thus, we inform you that the processing of data, which is carried out in relation to people who are followers of social media and/or who carry out any link or connection action through the official pages of SNA, will be governed by the same standards of this Privacy Policy, particularly with regard to the conditions of use and rules of access that belong to each social media platform, and as it so pertains, as previously accepted by the user holder of the data.

Furthermore, SNA will process your data in order to properly manage your presence in the respective Social Media, informing you of activities or services provided, as well as any other purpose that the rules of social networks allow.

We emphasize that it is strictly prohibited to publish content that is unlawful or carries out illegal activities or goes against the principles of good faith, as well as those that violate the fundamental
